Scholarship recipients
In order to apply for a St. Andrew’s Society of Oregon Scholarship, a student must have been born in Scotland or have a parent or grandparent born in Scotland, or must have made a "substantial commitment" to the Scottish arts of Bagpiping, Celtic Harp, Drumming, Highland Dance, or Fiddle.
Education for the future
Scholarships can be renewable if the student is still in school. Scholarship information, criteria and forms may be found on the Oregon Community Foundation website under scholarships through OCF.
